Our Junior Academy is the beating heart of our Girls’ Cricket teams. It’s where passion meets potential, and where young cricketers transform their love for the game into talent and skill. Through carefully crafted opportunities and a nurturing environment, the Academy sets the stage for every aspiring player to flourish, whether they’re just starting or ready to take on bigger challenges.

As a key hub for Girls’ and Women’s Cricket in Staffordshire, we proudly field teams in the Staffordshire Girls' leagues. Our girls’ teams have already achieved remarkable success on the national stage, with our U15 Girls crowned National T20 Champions in 2022 and our U13 Girls finishing as National T20 Runners-up in 2024.

Our teams also compete on the national stage in the ECB National T20 Cups for U13, U15, and U19.

On the senior side, our 1st XI competes in the West Midlands Premier League, the 2nd XI in the Staffordshire Women’s Premier League, the 3rd XI in the Staffordshire Women’s League, and the 4th XI in the Staffordshire Pairs League.
